SDG

The Sustainable Development Goals are a key axis of economic development. They set directions and problems, the solution of which is critical for the world. Office buildings, warehouses, housing estates – all these places change for users in such a way as to best meet SDG goals. Solar powered charging stations for electric scooters and bicycles, a parking management system and car chargers, with the incity.io system, generate reports on reducing the carbon footprint and changing user habits, for the benefit of our planet.

Additional Information

Why is SDG so important?

According to new regulations set by the European Union, reporting of emissions data will soon be a concern not only for large corporations but also for mid-sized companies. The scores in these categories may influence the outcomes of tenders and competitions, not only those set by governmental organizations but also by regular enterprises. Due to this, it is vital to strive for the best possible score.

How can SEEDiA products help with improving SDG data?

All of our products provide data on the amount of energy generated and consumed. Given that this electricity is produced by solar panels, our system calculates the amount of reduced CO2 emissions, which can then be included in the SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) report. Moreover, products like solar charging spots for micromobility can be highlighted in the report as initiatives that encourage sustainable mobility by the organization owning such devices. This not only enhances the quality of the report but also contributes to a higher SDG scoring.
