Green areas at the headquarters of the Communication Department of the Poviat Eldership in Mielec have gained new life!
Thanks to the appropriate use of space within it, walking alleys have already been created, and the first devices for children’s play and education have been located. The park is a friendly space for people with sensory and motor dysfunctions. SEEDiA was responsible for furnishing the small architecture of this place. The first SEEDiA solar benches have already been installed, which in addition to the function of the seat give you the opportunity to charge your phone or use a WiFi hotspot. Thanks to mounted solar panels, SEEDiA intelligent furniture also reduces CO2 emissions to the environment.
It is worth noting that the selection of plant cover for this project was largely dictated by the special needs of people with disabilities. In the future, planted plants will be used to learn about the taste and aroma values of the children from the adjacent Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Center and all visitors to the park.
The undertaking was co-financed under the project entitled “Reconstruction of degraded facilities in the MOF Mielec in order to give them new social functions” co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under Priority Axis No. VI “Spatial and social cohesion” of the Regional Operational Program of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship for 2014-2020.
